Jasmine B. Y. Sim is Associate Professor and Head of the Policy, Curriculum, and Leadership Department at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She holds a PhD from the University of Sydney, a Master of Education from Harvard, and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington, all earned through prestigious scholarships. An internationally recognised scholar in civics, citizenship, and social studies education, Jasmine also teaches curriculum theory and, ethics and leadership in education.
