Head of Discipline and Counseling team at the Society of Boys’ Centres Chak Yan Centre School, has 18 years of experience in schools for social development. He is committed to using positive psychology and positive education to take care of students’ diversity and promote their growth. In recent years, with the whole-school approach model and positive education to support students with emotional needs, he has won the Education Bureau’s “Happy Campus” interpersonal connection and emotional connection awards, as well as 2 awards from the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers’ Outstanding Teachers Election – Caring Group and Education Management Group.
The Discipline team designs Rainbow Project 2.0, school-wide curriculum planning and participation activities, so that students can find their own position and make the changes.
